Hello. Is it YOU we’re looking for?

Cozy greetings from the Mysa team! We’re a company founded on people-first culture, fuelled by our mission to lead the global shift toward electrification. Through the creation of life-simplifying smart HVAC controls for homes and businesses, we’re helping our customers save energy, money, and the planet we share.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, analytically minded Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team. This is a mid-level role that sits at the heart of our supply chain operations — bridging day-to-day execution with the structured, data-driven processes we are building across inventory, fulfillment, contract manufacturing, and channel management.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will own key operational workflows independently, support critical contract manufacturing relationships and play an active role in bringing greater visibility, structure, and control to how our supply chain runs. This role is built for someone who thrives on owning processes end-to-end and wants to deepen their expertise and influence across the team.

Key Responsibilities

-Inventory Planning & Management

Own inventory across all warehouse locations — including forecasting, replenishment planning, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. Maintain accurate ERP inventory records and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers. Drive a shift from reactive replenishment to a structured, forward-looking planning cadence.

-Contract Manufacturer Relationships

Co-manage day-to-day relationships with contract manufacturing partners— including PO submission, delivery tracking, issue escalation, and performance documentation.

-Day-to-Day Operations Support

Coordinate order management across B2B, B2C, Amazon, and key accounts including Mysa’s Utilities Partners. Support order flow monitoring, exception handling, and 3PL coordination.

-Process Enhancement & Analytical Tools

Be an early adopter of AI-assisted workflows within the supply chain team. Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards. Contribute to improving structure and controls around existing processes — including Amazon FBA inbound compliance, inventory health, and returns management visibility. Surface automation opportunities across reporting, inventory, and order management.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or logistics
  2. Strong ERP proficiency and attention to data accuracy
  3. Experience managing or supporting supplier or CM relationships
  4. Proven ability to own operational workflows independently
  5. Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to identify trends and drive decisions
  6. Experience coordinating with 3PLs or warehouse partners

Preferred:

  1. Bilingual in English and French
  2. Familiarity with dashboard or reporting tools
  3. Experience with Amazon FBA operations
  4. Exposure to AI or automation tools in an operational context
  5. Process documentation and continuous improvement experience
  6. B2B and B2C fulfillment experience

What Success Looks Like in Year One

By the end of your first year, you own inventory planning independently and are a point of contact with our Contract Manufacturing Partners.. Customer order coordination runs without team involvement. At least one operational dashboard is in active use by leadership. FBA inventory health and returns visibility have measurably improved.
