The Role:

As the Director of Consumer Growth & E-Commerce, you will own Mysa’s consumer revenue engine and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This is a P&L-oriented, director-level role with responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and scaling e-commerce revenue across getmysa.com and key e-tailer platforms.

You will lead acquisition, conversion, retention, and digital merchandising, while working cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and Retail partners to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

What You’ll Own:

Revenue, Forecasting & Financial Accountability

Own DTC and e-commerce revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting.

Build and manage annual and quarterly growth plans aligned to company revenue targets.

Model CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and channel ROI to inform investment decisions.

Provide clear, actionable performance insights to the CRO and executive team.

Acquisition & Performance Marketing

Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and emerging channels.

Optimize channel mix, spend allocation, and creative performance to scale profitably.

Partner with Brand and Creative teams to deliver high-performing, on-brand campaigns.

E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization

Own conversion rate optimization across DTC and e-tail platforms.

Oversee site merchandising, promotions, pricing tests, and landing page strategy.

Lead experimentation programs to improve funnel performance and revenue per visitor.

Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, site experience, and retail promotions.

Lifecycle & Retention

Drive repeat purchase and lifetime value through email, SMS, and CRM programs.

Optimize onboarding, upsell, win-back, and loyalty initiatives.

Retail & E-Tail Digital Growth

Partner with retail and marketplace teams to optimize digital shelf performance.

Support joint promotions and launches with partners like Costco and Home Depot.

Analyze sell-through and digital performance to inform forecasts.

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead and develop a high-performing consumer growth team.

Establish clear goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms.

Manage agencies and vendors while maintaining strong internal execution.


Who You Are:

Required Experience

10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce roles.

5+ years in senior leadership roles at the Director level or equivalent.

Direct ownership of $10M+ annual e-commerce or performance marketing budgets.

Proven experience owning revenue forecasts and financial accountability.

Deep experience scaling DTC e-commerce businesses.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Experience operating in multi-channel environments (DTC, e-tail, retail).

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer hardware, smart home, or energy technology.

Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Looker, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.

Experience scaling into the US market from Canada.

Exposure to Amazon and large retail e-commerce ecosystems.
